This comes from our good friend and veteran flyer, Gene Cope:
"I flew my Airborne Models SZD-45 Ogar over the weekend at a site overlooking Richland, WA. I want to share a few photos with you and tell you that this model flies exceedingly well—even in the cold weather (about 38 degrees) it indicated lift well. It is also very docile on the controls, which made for a relaxed flying session. What I really like about this model is that I can power out of sink if needed, or climb the model to altitude where I can then start a search for lift. If you are interested in this model you can find it at: airborne-models.com. Also, you can read the complete review of this fun-to-fly model in the January issue of RC Sport Flyer magazine. Check it out!"
